Everything you need to know about returns

As a small online shop, we also do not work with return labels! The buyer bears the costs for the return. We retain the postage for goods that are returned in full.

We would like to ask you to contact us briefly by e-mail before sending the goods. Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect, this only causes unnecessary costs which we then retain. We always recommend that you return the goods in a traceable way, this is safe and we also do this when sending the goods. Please enclose a completed return form with your return, including your name and order number. This simplifies the refunding of the purchase price.

Returns can be avoided, e.g. "I order 2 sizes" is actually not necessary. Pay attention to the item description. We almost always describe something about the fit and the measurements. Have a look at our section "MY PERFECT SIZE".

Of course, we would be grateful to know why you want to return the goods. A short info about this would be helpful for us.

We process returns as quickly as possible, but this can take 8 to 10 days. We check the items to make sure they are unworn and unwashed. Please do not remove any labels! Of course this takes some time. We will then return the money to you as soon as we see that the goods are in order.
